The patient’s financial responsibility will vary depending on each individual’s insurance plan. Be sure to call the billing department with any changes to your health insurance information immediately to ensure proper billing to your account.
It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance company prior to the day of their procedure/surgery for coverage of the procedure. Charges not payable by the insurance company are the patient’s responsibility. Payment plans are available for costs not covered by insurance.
Patients are responsible to pay for any deductibles and co-payments. For your convenience, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards
Should any charge be rejected by your insurance company, payment in full is due from the responsible party within 60 days, unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
